My name is Agrippa, though not my real name it’s the pseudonym I use as a musician for my band Agrippa93 as well my solo project Agrippa’s Laboratory. My involvement in these 2 spans through many roles including songwriting, arrangements, lyricist, vocals, guitar, bass and bass programming, synths, sequencers, piano, drum programming, audio engineer, producer, promoter, management, graphic artist, web designer, and many others. You can check out the extensive catalog of music from these on the Music Catalog page of this site or click play on the music player in the right column on any page and listen while you’re reading.
The intent of this website is to journal my progress as a musician, logging both music projects’ methodology from the idea process to the final mastering to taking it to the stage, and hopefully at the same time providing a resource of experience for any one venturing in the same roller coaster world called the Music Industry. My journaling will also included other aspects of my life including interest like my obsession with Apple products and my raving lunacy for soccer that can be interpreted by some as mild fanatical team support.
Behind my rock star persona is the other world I live in as a mild mannered educational technology specialist, husband and father of 2 living in house in the suburbs. Am I too old to be launching a music career? Probably, but bringing original music to an audience has been a passion of mine since my first band experience in middle school and I’m having way too much fun to stop now.

the only time you are too old to start something is when you are dead.
